My name is Joy Ruffen and, I began Joy’s Astro after years of searching for the right opportunity to reveal my astrological abilities. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio & since the age of nine I’ve been having a Love Affair with the study of Astrology. The affair has been ongoing and it has consumed and embraced me for over 40 years. I have studied with some of the world’s leading Astrologers independently; and while attending the New York School of Astrology, it was confirmed to me that my love for the study of astrology was my true calling.
For years I did not want to get involved with Commercial Astrology because I did not wish to be considered a Fortune Teller.
